The Faces Of Africa's Slow Food Movement

When Carlos Petrini founded The Slow Food Movement back in 1986 it was a modest group of interested chefs and farmers. Today it reaches into roughly 150 countries and includes over 100,000 members, many of whom come from nations with fragile resources.
