Solar Investment Tax Credit: Does Republican Win Increase Uncertainty On Extension?

Although we believe that the new political environment may not have a meaningful near-term impact on U.S. solar policy and the solar stocks that we cover, since the Obama Administration pursued much of its renewables agenda without Congress, the extension of the solar investment tax credit - the industry's key federal incentive which expires towards the end of 2016 - could prove more challenging.
