Tuesday Sector Laggards: Defense, Consumer Services

In trading on Tuesday, defense shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Arotech Corporation (ARTX), down about 13.5% and shares of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) off about 2% on the day.
