Vaclav Havel was a dissident who helped topple then-Czechoslovakia's Communist regime. He was the first president of the Czech Republic. Annd he's a huge fan of rock music. That explains the incongruous-sounding musical act -- fuzzy-bearded ZZ Top frontman Billy Gibbons -- set to perform at the Capitol on Wednesday when House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) unveils Havel's bust.
