Reliable Source: Stephen Colbert to host the Kennedy Center Honors

It took nearly six years, but official Washington has finally invited comedian Stephen Colbert back to host one of its glitziest galas. On Wednesday, the Kennedy Center announced today that the faux conservative talk show host will helm the 37th annual Kennedy Center Honors. The year's awards ceremony will fete singer Al Green, actor Tom Hanks, ballerina Patricia McBride, musician Sting and comedian Lily Tomlin.
