The other day I published my list of the Top 10 TV Shows of 2014, but it was a list that cried out for a sequel or two. There was just so much great TV this year that one list could not possibly hold it all, hence this roster of Best New Shows and a soon-to-be-published list of Best Returning Shows. You're going to look at this list of 25 of my favorite new shows and say, "But that show should have been on your Top 10 list!" And I will reply, "You may have a point.
