Moody's Corporation (MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share of MCO Common Stock, a 21 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2015.
