Wednesday Sector Laggards: Oil & Gas Exploration & Production, Precious Metals

In trading on Wednesday, oil & gas exploration & production shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 0.7%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Cypress Energy Partners (CELP), off about 5.6% and shares of Sandridge Energy (SD) off about 5.5% on the day.
