S&P 500 Movers: DNR, VRTX

In early trading on Friday, shares of Vertex Pharmaceuticals (VRTX) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 3.4%.  Year to date, Vertex Pharmaceuticals registers a 3.4% gain.
