Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PGJ

The PowerShares Golden Dragon China Portfolio ETF (PGJ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 298,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 64,000.  Shares of PGJ were up about 0.3% on the day.
