Reese Witherspoon's starring role in Wild earned her what's widely considered the top acting honor at last night's Palm Springs International Film Festival gala: the chairman's award. A clearly emotional Reese took the stage after her costar, Laura Dern, introduced her to talk about making the film and to get real about why it's not always so great to meet your heroes.
