Carmelo Anthony hints his season may end early

Carmelo Anthony, the man Paul Pierce says is the toughest to guard in the NBA, has been bothered by an achy left knee that has has caused him to miss the last three games. With rumors swirling that the superstar might just call it quits on this dreadful Knicks season -- though probably not until after the All-Star Game is played on his home court of Madison Square Garden next month -- 'Melo did little to quell the speculation.
