Box Office: 'Taken 3' makes $40.4 million to dethrone 'Hobbit 3' for no. 1

"Taken 3" won the weekend with $40.4 million as "Selma" expanded to an OK $11.2 million and "Into the Woods" and "Unbroken" both crossed the $100 million mark.
