Reliable Source: PBS Civil War drama to film in Virginia

Looks as if Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe's efforts to woo TV and movie projects to his state is paying off -- a new, as-yet-unnamed PBS drama series is set to shoot in and around Richmond.It's being billed as a Civil War-era "hospital drama and family saga" ... so, we're imagining "ER" meets soap opera, only with hoop skirts? Names attached include producers Ridley Scott (of "Thelma and Louise" fame) and "The Good Wife"'s David Zucker, as well as writer David Zabel, who penned "ER" (see!).
