The Redskins have requested permission to interview Green Bay Packers personnel executive Alonzo Highsmith for a position in their front office, a person with knowledge of the situation confirmed.Highsmith and new Redskins general manager Scot McCloughan worked together in Green Bay from 1994-99 as college scouts.
