Tuesday's ETF Movers: VLUE, FBT

In trading on Tuesday, the iShares MSCI USA Value Factor ETF (VLUE) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.9% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Whiting Petroleum (WLL), up about 10.4% and shares of Staples (SPLS), up about 9% on the day.
