Wednesday Sector Laggards: Oil & Gas E&P, Non-Precious Metals & Non-Metallic Mining Stocks

In trading on Wednesday, oil & gas exploration & production shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3.3%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Rex Energy (REXX), down about 11.7% and shares of Paragon Offshore (PGN) down about 9.6% on the day.
