Thursday's ETF with Unusual Volume: FRN

The Guggenheim Frontier Markets ETF (FRN) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 556,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 60,000.  Shares of FRN were up about 0.5% on the day.
