Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PRF

The PowerShares FTSE RAFI US 1000 Portfolio ETF (PRF) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 809,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 181,000.  Shares of PRF were up about 0.5% on the day.
