Friday Sector Leaders: Energy, Materials

Looking at the sectors faring best as of midday Friday, shares of Energy companies are outperforming other sectors, higher by 1.6%. Within that group, Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE: PXD) and Denbury Resources (NYSE: DNR) are two large stocks leading the way, showing a gain of 5.4% and 5.1%, respectively.
