Appel (arm) scratched; Astros not worried

The Houston Astros say they don't think it's a big deal, but when Mark Appel, the No. 1 pick in the 2013 draft, couldn't make a spring training relief appearance when he was scheduled to pitch, it quickly turned into a big deal anyway.
