In afternoon trading on Wednesday, Energy stocks are the best performing sector, up 0.9%. Within that group, Denbury Resources, Inc. (NYSE: DNR) and Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (NYSE: DO) are two of the day's stand-outs, showing a gain of 5.0% and 4.7%, respectively.
