Bey to make title defense against Shafikov

Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe and Top Rank vice president Carl Moretti put the finishing touches on a deal Wednesday for lightweight world titleholder Mickey Bey to make his mandatory defense against Denis Shafikov.
