The Dow Jones Industrial Average, NASDAQ Composite and S&P 500 are higher in afternoon trading on Monday. Some of the most actively traded stocks include Apple (AAPL) trading up 2%, Bank of America (BAC) up 1.8%, and Intel (INTC) down 1.6%.
