A decade ago, actor and environmental activist Leonardo DiCaprio bought Blackadore Caye, 104 acres of unpopulated land off the coast of Belize. Now, he's partnering with eco-conscious developer Delos to create an eco-resort on the island. The resort is slated to open to guests in 2018.
