Throughout their history, the Oakland Raiders have long been one of the more unpredictable teams when they're on the clock in the first round of the NFL Draft. As recently as 2013, the Raiders shook up many teams' draft boards when they picked defensive back D.J. Hayden at No. 12 overall despite defensive tackles Sheldon Richardson and Star Lotulelei just itching to help out a run defense that was No. 18 in the league the previous year.
