Proxy Advisor Sides With Trian Management's Peltz In DuPont Fight

Proxy advisory firm ISS said on Monday shareholders should vote for billionaire Trian management head Nelson Peltz and another director, former GE Asset Management CEO John H. Myers, and withhold their votes for DuPont's slate director nominees.
