In trading on Monday, oil & gas refining & marketing shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 0.8%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE), down about 8.9% and shares of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical (SHI) off about 4.4% on the day.
