'Scandal' recap Season 4, Episode 21: 'A few good women'

We're a week away from "Scandal's" season finale and all roads lead to Rowan.This week's episode has me convinced that Papa Pope has a hand in everything that has ever happened on "Scandal." I mean, he probaby picks the background music (which is always perfect, if we're being honest).
