CANNES, FRANCE -- The director Orson Welles would have turned 100 years old earlier this month, and the Cannes Film Festival has made note of that fact, celebrating the filmmaker's life and career with special screenings of "The Third Man," "The Lady for Shanghai" and "Citizen Kane" as well as the documentaries "This Is Orson Welles" and "Orson Welles, Shadows and Light."
