South County's Kristina Diana named Virginia Gatorade POY

South County senior Kristina Diana has been named Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year for girls' soccer. The award is one among several for the Stallions midfielder and captain, who had tallied 11 goals and eight assists entering Wednesday's 2-1 victory against Washington-Lee in the Virginia 6A North region opener.
