What the heck is going on with Tom Hanks's son, Chet Haze, and his insistence on using the N-word?

If it hadn't come out 12 years ago, it'd be worth wondering if Jamie Kennedy's "Malibu's Most Wanted" was actually a thinly veiled satirical biopic about Chester Hanks, the son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson.
