Tax Geek Tuesday: Navigating The Multiple Definitions Of Nonrecourse And Recourse Liabilities

I bitch about the Internal Revenue Code (a lot), but I'm smart enough to realize that courtesy of the complexities it contains, I will never run out of topics for Tax Geek Tuesday. If anything, my  greater fear is that the subject matter will get so complicated, that even the most loyal tax geeks will get two paragraphs in, shrug their shoulders and say, "to hell with this. Let's see what's going on over at TMZ.com."
