Tuesday Sector Leaders: Energy, Financial

In afternoon trading on Tuesday, Energy stocks are the best performing sector, up 1.1%. Within that group, Valero Energy Corp. (NYSE: VLO) and Newfield Exploration Co. (NYSE: NFX) are two large stocks leading the way, showing a gain of 3.9% and 3.6%, respectively.
