Harry Shearer is Returning to 'The Simpsons'

After it was initially reported back in May that Harry Shearer -- the voice of characters like Mr. Burns, Smithers and Ned Flanders -- planned to walk away from The Simpsons, the actor is now set to return to the franchise. FOX recently renewed the show for a 27th and 28th season (with a network option for two additional seasons), ultimately granting Shearer's wishes for a raise and signing the actor and the rest of the core cast -- Dan Castellaneta, Yeardley Smith, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwrigh...
