Ashley Olsen steps out of her apartment with the help of her driver on Thursday (July 30) in New York City. Despite the heatwave in the Big Apple, the 29-year-old fashion designer bundled up in a long sleeve shirt rolled up to the elbow and a floor length maxi-dress on top of it. PHOTOS: Check
