Google Will Defy French Watchdog Order To Implement 'Right To Be Forgotten' Rule Globally

Google has refuted a Formal Notice from CNIL, France's data regulator, to expand the 'Right to Be Forgotten' rule in all versions of Google Search worldwide. Google will respect the rule in Europe, but refuses to apply it globally.
