Seahawks Head Coach Carroll Not Surprised With Chancellor Holdout

Kam Chancellor, the star safety of the Seattle Seahawks, is still holding out and refusing to attend training camp due a contract dispute. Head coach Pete Carroll admitted that both sides are not close to agreeing to a deal, but communication remains open between the two even as the rest of the Seahawks have started preparing for the upcoming NFL season. Carrol also said that he's not surprised that Chancellor wants the new contract before the start of the new season.
