Team USA chief Jerry Colangelo says Kobe Bryant could still wind up on Olympics squad

Team USA hopefuls are currently engaged in a three-day minicamp in Las Vegas, attendance at which, if not outright participation, has been ruled mandatory for anyone wishing to be on the 2016 Olympics squad. Kobe Bryant is not part of the 34-player pool from which the team will be drawn, therefore he is not at the practices, which run Tuesday through Thursday.
