Fourteen years after it was stolen from a Paris museum, a Pablo Picasso painting was officially returned to France Thursday during a ceremony at the French Embassy in Washington.The painting, "La Coiffeusse," ("The Hairdresser") was seized from a shipping container in Newark, N.J. last December after American investigators were tipped off to its arrival. The painting, estimated to be worth $15 million, was included in a container with a shipping label that valued its contents at 30 Euros.
