The Stygiomedusa Gigantea is a giant, deep sea jellyfish that has only been spotted 115 times since first discovered in the early 20th century. This video, uploaded to Youtube by Phillip Trudeau, claims to have captured one on film, using an ROV, or remotely operated underwater vehicle, 3,330-feet deep in the Gulf of Mexico.
