The PowerShares Russell 1000 Equal Weight Portfolio ETF (EQAL) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 91,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 28,000. Shares of EQAL were off about 1.1% on the day.
