Reliable Source: Prized chunk of Bunny Mellon's Virginia estate finds a buyer

Meet the new neighbors! A Virginia couple -- she's state Sen. Jill Holtzman Vogel and he's Alex Vogel, managing partner of the corporate research firm VogelHood Research -- have bought the crown jewel of the estate once owned by the late heiress/philanthropist Bunny Mellon, sources familiar with the deal say.
