Not Tebow, Not Barkley; Eagles Tap Morris As Third Quarterback

The Philadelphia Eagles featured Tim Tebow and Matt Barkley to battle for the third quarterback spot in the roster all training camp and offseason only to find their secondary back-up QB from the waiver wire. The Eagles picked up Stephen Morris off waivers Monday and will be the No. 3 QB in the Philadelphia roster entering the 2015 season, according to ESPN.
