Docs don't have to admit wrongdoing in Rivers' death: judge

Lawyers for Melissa Rivers had asked physicians to acknowledge what the lawyers claim is in the clinic records -- that Dr. Lawrence Cohen snapped a photo of the sedated comic shortly before her death.
