Friday Sector Laggards: Water Utilities, Oil & Gas Refining & Marketing Stocks

In trading on Friday, water utilities shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.8%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Cadiz (CDZI), down about 11.4% and shares of Consolidated Water Company (CWCO) off about 3% on the day.
