Mozilla Stripping Firefox Of All Plugins Except Flash: Future Browser Versions Won't Have Plugin Support

Mozilla announced that 2016 is the last year when NPAPI plugin support will be available on Firefox, as the browser transitioned towards newer Web technologies. Adobe Flash is the only plugin that remained, due to its functional popularity.
