Should Our Bar Cart Be "Open" for Parties? -- Good Questions

Pin it Q: My question to the readers is this: when you throw parties, do you give guests free rein to your bar collection (save, of course, for the very expensive/special stuff)? I want to be hospitable and give everyone access to whatever they like, but our liquor selection is vast and sometimes guests can feel overwhelmed or don't understand the value of what they're consuming.
