"Firefly" alum Alan Tudyk (who played Wash on the Joss Whedon sci-fi show) stars in, writes and produces new web series "Con Man." In the show, he plays Wray Nerely, a man who, like himself, starred in a short-lived sci-fi TV show that has garnered a cult following. Tudyk talked with HitFix about why he literally worked up a sweat worrying of offending fans, about the oodles of nerdy celeb cameos on the show, and kissing "Battlestar Galactica" actress Tricia Helfer.
