Monday Sector Laggards: Oil & Gas Exploration & Production, Shipping Stocks

In trading on Monday, oil & gas exploration & production shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.4%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Petroquest Energy (PQ), down about 11.2% and shares of Mid-Con Energy Partners (MCEP) off about 8.5% on the day.
